Olugbenga Iluyemi

Olugbenga Iluyemi is a commercially experienced, business focused and innovative board-level technologist, skilled at leading large, multi-national, multi-location teams to design, build, restructure, or manage complex technology operations to improve and service businesses. He is a leader and builder of technology-based businesses with international experience gained across Europe, USA, Asia, and Africa, with recent strong exposure in Nigeria and Africa.

A certified PRINCE 2 practitioner, his core strengths include building key relationships with partners and future development, inclusive strategy development, digital transformation and change, business integration, people and team development, continuous improvement through teaching, coaching and mentoring, programme & project management, operations management, cost reduction, income generation, and analysis & problem-solving.

Olugbenga currently serves as Non-Executive Director at Wragby Business Solutions & Technologies Ltd (Jan 2021 – present), Certfort Limited (Jan 2020 – present), and Ingress Telecoms Limited (Jan 2023 – present). He previously served as Founding MD/CEO of Wragby Business Solutions & Technologies Ltd from December 2013 to December 2020.

Earlier in his career, he was Consultant–Project/Portfolio Manager at Ford Motor Company, Europe (2006–2013); Technical Consultant (Networks & Security) at Atos Origin, UK (2004–2006); Technical Specialist (Networks & Security Projects) at Siemens Business Services, Europe (2000–2004); Manager – Group Category Product & Regional Sales at Reckitt & Coleman Limited {Reckitt Benckiser} (1988–1996); and Brand Manager at Philip Morris Nigeria/International Tobacco (1984–1988).

Olugbenga holds an MBA in Management from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1990–1992) and a B.Sc. in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos (1979–1983).
