Cookies Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Wragby Business Solutions & Technologies Ltd (“Wragby”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on wragbysolutions.com, what each cookie does, how long it lasts, and how you can control them. It should be read together with the Wragby Privacy Notice, which explains more broadly how we handle personal data.
We apply the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and, because our website is accessible to visitors in the European Union and European Economic Area, we also apply EU/UK requirements on cookies and electronic communications. Where those standards differ, we apply the more protective one to every visitor rather than varying our behaviour by region.

2. Our approach to consent
When you visit wragbysolutions.com for the first time, we place only strictly necessary cookies. No functional, analytics or marketing cookie is placed on your device until you have given us your consent through the cookie banner.
You may accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose category by category.
- Reject is offered with the same prominence as Accept.
- No optional category is pre-selected or pre-ticked; all optional toggles start switched off.
- Closing or dismissing the banner is not treated as consent, and neither is continuing to browse or scroll.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page, free of charge and without giving a reason.
- Rejecting non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using the website or accessing any of its content.
3. Categories of cookie we use
- Always active
Strictly necessary
- What it does
- Enables core functions you have asked for: page navigation, session continuity, security and fraud prevention, submitting forms, operating our live chat service, and remembering your own cookie choices. The site cannot function properly without these.
- Consent
- Always active. Exempt from consent because they are essential to deliver the service you requested.
- Off until you opt in
Functional / preference
- What it does
- Remembers choices you make, such as your language or region, so the site behaves as you expect when you return.
- Consent
- Off until you opt in. Never pre-selected.
- Off until you opt in
Analytics / performance
- What it does
- Helps us understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, time on page, navigation paths, errors encountered — so we can improve it. Reporting is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
- Consent
- Off until you opt in. Never pre-selected.
- Off until you opt in
Marketing / targeting
- What it does
- Recognises returning visitors across our website and marketing communications so that we can measure the performance of our campaigns and understand which content is useful.
- Consent
- Off until you opt in. Never pre-selected.
We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal data, and we do not sell any personal data collected through cookies.
5. Analytics and measurement
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how our website is used, and only where you have consented to analytics cookies. Our configuration applies the following controls:
- Google Analytics data retention is set to 13 months rather than the longer vendor default, so no analytics cookie exceeds 13 months.
- IP anonymisation is enabled.
- Google Signals and advertising features are disabled, so no cross-device advertising cookie is set through Google Analytics.
- Microsoft Clarity is used to identify usability and layout problems in aggregate. Text entered into form fields is masked and is not captured.
- Reporting from both services is reviewed in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Google and Microsoft process this data under their own terms. If you withdraw analytics consent, we stop setting these cookies and you can delete any already stored through your browser settings.
6. Third-party services and cookies
Where another organisation sets a cookie through our website, we identify it in the list at section 4. We enable third-party cookies only where you have consented to the relevant category, and we do not permit third parties to use cookies set through our site for their own unrelated purposes. The third-party providers whose cookies appear on this website are:
- Google AnalyticsAnalytics
Aggregated measurement of website traffic and usage.
Category: analytics, consent required.
- Microsoft ClarityAnalytics
Aggregated analysis of page usage to identify usability problems.
Category: analytics, consent required.
- HubSpotMarketing
Recognising returning visitors, linking enquiries to website activity, and measuring campaign performance.
Category: marketing, consent required.
- Tawk.toStrictly necessary
Operating the live chat service on our website.
Category: strictly necessary to provide the chat service you have requested.
7. How long your consent lasts
Consent lifetime
6 months from the date you make your choice.
When it expires
The banner is shown again and we ask you to choose afresh. Optional cookies are not re-set until you consent again.
If we change our cookies
If we add a new cookie or change the purpose of an existing one, we reset your consent and ask again before the change takes effect.
If you reject
We do not ask again during the same visit. The banner may reappear on a later visit or when the record expires.
If you withdraw
Takes effect immediately. We stop setting optional cookies and update your consent record.
What we store
The date and time of your choice, the categories you accepted or refused, the version of the consent wording, and a non-identifying reference. We do not store your name or email address in the consent record.
8. How to manage cookies
Through our website
Select “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to reopen the preference panel. You can switch any optional category on or off and save your choice. Changes take effect immediately.
Through your browser
Most browsers let you see what cookies are stored, delete them individually or entirely, and block cookies from particular sites or all sites. These controls are found in the privacy or security settings of your browser. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this website from working properly.
Deleting cookies through your browser will also delete the cookie that records your consent choice, so the banner will appear again on your next visit.
9. Your rights
Cookies may involve the processing of personal data. Where they do, you have rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, including the right to be informed, to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. These rights, and how to exercise them, are explained in full in the Wragby Privacy Notice.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) at www.ndpc.gov.ng.

11. Changes to this policy
We review this Cookie Policy at least once a year, and whenever the cookies we use change. The version number and last-updated date at the top of this page show when it was last revised. Where a change is significant — for example, if we introduce a new category of cookie — we will ask for your consent again before that change takes effect. Previous versions are available on request.
