Business Continuity Management

To support this commitment, Wragby shall establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) that enables the organization to identify potential threats, assess their impact on critical business processes, and implement appropriate measures to prevent, respond to, and recover from disruptions. This includes maintaining effective business continuity and disaster recovery arrangements, supporting remote working capabilities, protecting critical information assets, and ensuring the availability of essential personnel, facilities, applications, and technology infrastructure.

Response, Recovery and Review

Wragby is committed to minimizing the impact of incidents on customers, employees, suppliers, and other interested parties through timely response, effective communication, and the recovery of critical services within defined recovery objectives. The organization will regularly test and review its continuity arrangements, provide awareness and training to personnel, and ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements.

Business continuity is a shared responsibility across the organization. All employees, contractors, and third parties are expected to support the implementation of this policy and contribute to maintaining Wragby's operational resilience.
