Odunayo Ajayi

Odunayo Ajayi is a strategic and results-driven finance leader with over 20 years of progressive experience spanning financial management, internal audit, and executive leadership across the fintech, oil & gas, healthcare, supply chain, and professional services sectors.

Over the course of his career, he has successfully led enterprise-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, improved receivable collection cycle, raised and restructured capital, implemented robust financial reporting systems, and ensured full regulatory and tax compliance in highly regulated environments. He has also delivered measurable impact through cost optimization, process automation, and performance improvement initiatives, aiming to achieve significant cost savings, improve reporting timelines, and enhance operational efficiency.

Before his current role, Odunayo held senior finance and audit positions where he built strong foundations in risk management, internal controls, and quality assurance, including leading ISO-compliant systems and audit frameworks.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos. He also possesses certifications in quality, environmental, and occupational health management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001)
